savior

IT started with a simple act of kindness.

Connor Mackenzie donates blood, unaware that a simple act of kindness will change his life forever.

Then something impossible happens.

Bill Thompson becomes the first sign that something extraordinary may be hidden within Connor’s blood.

Dr. Rodriguez investigates Connor’s blood and realizes he may be looking at the greatest medical discovery in human history.

A discovery that could change humanity.

Government officials monitor Connor Mackenzie as his discovery becomes too valuable to ignore.

But someone is always watching.

And they want his blood.

writer’s note

Savior began with a simple question: What if an ordinary person discovered they could cure cancer?

What started as a medical miracle quickly became a story about sacrifice, faith, and the impossible burden of carrying something the entire world wants.

I’ve always been drawn to stories that place ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances. Not superheroes. Not chosen ones. Just regular people forced to answer impossible questions. In Savior, Connor Mackenzie is confronted with a gift that could save millions of lives, but also threatens to take everything from him.

Set during the week of the Boston Marathon bombing, Savior explores what happens when one life suddenly becomes worth more than anyone ever intended. As governments, corporations, and powerful interests close in, Connor must decide whether he belongs to himself, to the people he loves, or to a world desperate for what flows through his veins.

At its core, Savior is a story about humanity, hope, and the cost of becoming something larger than yourself.
